Gathering - Contact Improv
I will again be giving an introduction to Contact Improv, a wonderful form of gentle movement to music while in contact with another person. No experience necessary - dress for movement and flexibility. Space is limited, so RSVP's are appreciated for this event.

The second try at this challenging event (or is it the 3rd try?) We did it! I must say, for a free form of body expression, it sure takes up a lot of energy and concentration - working at letting go of expectations, working at tuning in to body movement, your own and the partner contacts. And once that is clear, the result is awesome! I want to try it again and again - to see what forms we can create next time - it's always differnt and invigorating and refreshing - and this was only my first (ir 2nd) intro to this art form. thanks, Randy!! (OH - critical mass is realy important and we had a nice group to romp around gently and experiment with joined body movements.)
Freeheart Gatherings are a place where people gather who are seeking a richer physical, emotional, and spiritual life. All Gatherings are open - you are welcome to forward the announcement to others. Gatherings are free, and donations for expenses are also welcome. Bring snacks or drinks to share.
Unless otherwise stated, Gatherings take place in Vienna, Virginia from 7 - 9:30 PM on Sunday nights. I am at 548 Windover Ave. Look for #540 - I am at the far end of that building. Come down the sidewalk and around to the back door. I am one mile from the Vienna metro.
We are all free in our essential nature - not free to dictate, but free to dance, to dance with life, to deeply touch it and let it touch us, to live from love instead of from fear.
